Our vision for an expanded masjid
Join the Burmese Muslim Association of Utica in building a brighter future. Discover our plans for an expanded Masjid and dedicated Quran education center, a project vital for our growing community.

Our vision: an expanded masjid and learning center
Alhamdulillah, the Burmese Muslim Association of Utica currently owns two buildings. One serves as our Masjid where we pray and also teach youth in Quran classes. To accommodate our growing community, we've decided to convert our second building into an expanded Masjid, insha Allah.

Nurturing faith: a dedicated qu'ran education hub
The old Masjid will then be used for full-time Qu'ran education, with the first floor dedicated to teaching kids and the second floor for Hafiz classes. This expansion will allow us to serve our community more effectively and provide a comprehensive learning environment for all ages.

Impact for every generation
This new mosque project is for everyone. It will provide a welcoming space for families, youth, and seniors to gather, pray, learn, and strengthen their faith. By expanding our facilities, we are creating new opportunities for community growth and spiritual development.
Together, we can build this dream
The estimated cost for the entire project, including prayer carpets and windows, is $400,000. With your kindness and generosity, we can make this vision a reality. Your donation will directly contribute to building a stronger, more vibrant Burmese Muslim community in Utica.
